How to work and organize columns within a column.

  1. Radar Expand Terms – Clicking this button will allow users to see radar terms based on all cells within a column.
  2. View Evidence – Clicking this button will allow users to view evidence from sources within Synapse that include all terms in the column. Evidence will be organized by sources that contain the most relevant search first.
  3. Search Web – Clicking this button will allow users to search the web for all terms located within a column. This will take users outside of the app to a separate web page
  4. Remove Duplicate Columns – Clicking this button will remove any columns within the table that have the same column header with matching information 
  5. Add Document Counts – Clicking this button will add a document count column. This column represents the number of documents that exist within the sources of a row. This column can not be edited by a user
  6. Create a Table from Columns – Clicking this button will create a new table where the column will now the headers of the columns in the new table 
  7. Sort Column Ascending – Clicking this button will sort the column from A to Z
  8. Sort Column Descending – Clicking this button will sort the column from Z to A
  9. Move Column Left- Clicking this button will move column left one column position to the left. Please Note: this can also be done by highlighting the column header and dragging it to the desired position on the table 
  10. Move Column Right – Clicking this button will move column one column position to the right. Please Note: this can also be done by highlighting the column header and dragging it to the desired position on the table 
  11. Add Column Before – Clicking this button will add a column before (to the left) of the selected column.
  12. Add Column After – Clicking this button will add a column after (to the right) of the selected column.
  13. Rename Column – Clicking this button will open a pop up window where users can change the title of the column as well as change the column type. Please Note: Users can double click on the column header to rename the column as well
  14. Edit Column Type – Clicking this button will open a pop up window where users can change the column type or name. Please Note: Users can do this from both the Rename Column button or by double clicking the column header 
  15.  Clicking this button will delete the column from the table
